British vocalist Helena Mace debuts on Ispirato with her excellent new single ‘Promise’, featuring pop, house and trance versions, and is now available for download by clicking here.
In 2009 Helena released a critically well-received album ‘Enlightened’ via her previous record label, and after a very busy time performing gigs and writing new material she looks set to build on that success. ‘Promise’ in its original form is a downtempo, melancholic slice of pop/electronica with haunting vocals, and it is backed with some superb remixes for the clubs. First up is Rachel Ellektra, fresh from her massive remake of ‘Playing With Knives’, who takes the track into a melodic electro/progressive house direction. Japan’s Aura Qualic is also no stranger to Ispirato and delivers peaktime dancefloor action with his trance mixes. Nic Carrington rounds off the package with his own chilled pop interpretation.
